Wreck ashore (El Jefe judging) (Finished)

Nor did I imply that Roddick were stupid. Going by the book, potions are not so rare that you´ve not heard of them, but expensive enough to be out of reach of the common people. So it´s reasonable to think it´s the first time you have one in your hands.

Hmm, when reading it back, my words sound a bit harsh, sorry for that and thank you for the explanation

That's the other way around... friend. First you tell us what we want to know, then you walk.
There is not just trouble with the ships, also with the lizardpeople. You wouldn't be supplying them with weapons, by any chance? and what do you know about the ships?

"You don´t understand!" shouts back. "I´m a dead man if I say anything and they catch me. I´ll go free, or I say nothing!"

Wilhem: [sblock]You are pretty sure you scared him well, but there´s something or someone that scares him more than you.[/sblock]

The hard look on Wilhelm's features does not move but in his heart, he is not willing to slay this man. Not even indirectly and certainly not here, when Oren is disarmed and helpless. He has too much honor to do that, even to an enemy.

"Talk"

So don't get cought... and they won't know you talked.
Hulgyr raises his greatsword at Oren, as he would strike him, still dripping with remains of Oren's companion With them you'd still have a chance of getting away.. with us on the other hand, your fate is already sealed if you refuse.

ooc: Hulgyr doesn't intent to slaughter Oren, although he uses his appearence to strengthen his point. Sense motive might reveal his true intentions not to kill him, maybe a strength based intimidate would be in place?

Roddick takes a little, almost unnoticable step back. I was not prepares for this kind of violence, but I'll let them handle it

[ooc: I actually gave Wilhem a bonus on his Intimidate check based on Hulgyr´s recent performance, and I anyway don´t believe in Str-based Intimidate checks.]

IC: "No!" continues shouting Oren. "You were sent by the village´s people, you´re going to take me there prisoner. I won´t speak!"

He turns, eyes wide open, to every side as a caged beast, as Wilhem, Eroin and Hulgyr circle him - and you´d say he´s going to do something stupid.

If Hulgyr brings Oren down with that non-lethal blow:

Wilhelm shakes his head in disgust at the brigand. He then checks on the party to see if any of them was hurt.

Hulgyr hits Oren in the stomach, and when he bends in pain, again in the head with the sword´s handle. Oren falls like a ton of bricks.

Wilhem can see Hulgyr is hurt; in fact, he´s lucky to be alive, but his armor stopped the bolts enough to be only lightly wounded.

When Hulgyr sees Wilhelm inspecting his wounds he says: Look at this Oren first, we don't want him to die, i'll be fine while you patch him up.Hulgyr produces a length of rope from his pack. Anybody of you good with a rope? I say we tie him up. I have piece of rope here.
