[ooc: Two votes for accepting Oren´s treat, and one abstain, so even if Eroin says no the option of releasing him wins. I assume your words aren´t a bluff, since you didn´t say so. If they are, roll a bluff check against DC 12; if you all (I mean Roddick and Hulgyr) succeed, read the spoilers.]
[sblock]Oren looks at you and presents his hands to be untied. Once free, he stands up, with some difficulty after spending half the day tied and gagged and being lugged like a sack. “I think it´s my turn, isn´t it?” says. “Well, you´re looking for the missing ships, I´m sure.”
“They were destroyed. My boss is a gal called Erqua, an unlucky bitch from a pirate ship. After his ship was sunk and the captain killed, he was without job for a while, until he approached us with an offer.”
“<<We´ll be rich>>, he said. And told us the plan: to destroy the lighthouse north of seawell, and build a fake one to lead the ships to the reefs at night. We told them he was mad; what about the lizardmen? How to get the goods out there? But all he said was he had ´contacts´ and that all of that wasn´t a problem.”
“It turned to be work really well. We loot our ships, dismantle them so there´s nothing left and classify the goods. Then the lizardmen keep the soldiers busy, and from time to time come and transport the goods out of the marshes; seems they get paid in weapons, from someone I don´t know. I was coming back from telling them to come and get the loot from the last ship. They´ll be at the camp in four days.”
“The camp is two days from here. You´d better return to the coast and follow it north, you can´t really miss it. They have patrols near it, of two men, day and night. And there are a total of nine of them left. Be careful with a woman and a dwarf, they are the most dangerous of the lot; she can cast spells, and the dwarf is a real bastard.”
“Any other question?”[/sblock]
