It sounds interesting--is it related to Starkweather, or a new project?
I have one fantasy novel, From Darkness Into Light, in the final stages of peer review now. If you like, I can send you all or part of it for you to get a feel for my ability to write--which is, after all, more important than any other qualifications I might have.

What kind and method of pay are we talking about? Are you a publisher, or have one lined up?
What kind of writing are you looking for? 1st person? 3rd? Multiple characters or just a few? Realistic characters or over-the-top?
I can provide writing samples if you like.

Hey guys, thank you for your interest.
The pay rate is per word and the amount will be disclosed only to the writer. We have publication already. My email address is posted in my signature for anyone who wants to send me samples. The style is modern fantasy, I guess what White Wolf novels but with less angst. Mostly third person, but if someone had a strong first person style I would consider it.
Please remember also that this is a collaboration where I will most likely do the general plot and will want input on dialogue and characterization. If that is difficult for you please take it into consideration before submitting.
