Looking at the pictures... is seems like WotC is making desperate attempts at raising the number of female gamers! 
Have a look at the second picture... a table with 3 quite attractive women and 2 guys. If you look at the people in the *background*, you only see 1 woman and 14 other guys (most of which look like they could lose a few pounds
). Ditto with picture 7.
Not that I mind a bit of affirmative action / biased reporting if it'll bring more female gamers into D&D, mind you. Just thought it was kinda funny to see them being so blatant about it.
