The Blue Dragon, from hatching, has the Create/Destroy water ability - which, when applied against potions or attended items, grants a save to prevent the effect. But the DC is "that of the dragon’s frightful presence" - which, for a Wyrmling, is "-" in all cases.
So, does a potion not get a save vs. a Wyrmling, and auto-destruct?
Does a potion always save vs. a Wyrmling, and never destruct?
Is there some other option?
