especially after finding out that the penalties of two-weapon fighting is still -6/-10 (if off-hand weapon is light -4/-8 and off-hand attack is still only at half strength bonus to damage) and this time with no Ambidexterity feat to close the gap between off-hand attack bonus and primary hand attack bonus.

Ambidexterity has been completely incorporated into Two Weapon Fighting, so you get the same effects for only one feat.

Well...at least not according to ShadowStar. It's still -6/-10 according to his findings.

He was giving you the penalties before feats (same as they are in 3.0). The 3.5 TWF is the same as 3.0 TWF + Ambidexterity

So:

No feat, no light weapon: -6/-10
No feat, Off hand weapon light: -4/-8
TWF, no light weapon: -4/-4
TWF, off hand light: -2/-2

My big problem with it, is now DR seems like nothing. 15 is supposed to be really high DR, and two handers can get that easy now.
