XGtE: are any of those flavor magic items any good?

I kinda love the Staff of Adornment, although that me be because of a character I was playing around the time the book came out.

They were a Diviner based around Tarot and I wanted to get a Staff of Adornment and stick a cup, coin, sword, and wand on it.
