XPH Psion Questions: Psi-Crystal death & Psionic Body Feat

I've searched and searched and cannot find definite answers to these questions... was wondering what all of you thought:

1) If my Psion has a Psi-Crystal (and the improved psi crystal feat, once)-- hypothetically say it was killed somehow or other (presumably in combat). How would I go about getting it back, if at all possible? Do I take the Psicrystal Affinity feat again? If so, do I need to take the IMPROVED psicrystal feat again too? Can I resurrect a deceased psi-crystal? I have been unable to find conclusive answers about this anywhere.

2) If my Psion with the "Psionic Body" feat eventually takes the "Elocater" Prestige Class (or any other Psionic PrC for that matter), does he gain the bonus +2 HP for the bonus Prestige Class feats? They would technically be considered Psionic feats, but since I'm not expending feats to get them, do they still count?

1) The rules don't cover the subject, so there's no correct answer. I would look to the familiar rules for inspiration on how to handle things.
