Like the Rouge Modron!

Like modrons in general, really. I just can't get worked up over militant Grade School geometry lessons. Modrons might as well have been Sliderules of Chaos or some such crap.

Ok. PLEASE Clue me in... Ummmm running joke about Yakfolk? No se.

I will refrain from commenting about the epic stupidity about naming a race of villians after a bunch of waterbuffalo.

Minotaur, anyone?
True, but the minotaur has different connotations (labyrinths and all that stuff), so you think of bestial half-man-half-bull-things. Plus "minotaur" sounds better...

If we'd call them "cowfolk", "cattlefolk", or "bullfolk"... erm... you get my drift. AND "yak" is already a much more silly name.

Mooo, LT.

I've got it! I'll have a yakfolk villain in my campaign named Bos Grunniens, along with his consort Drinak and his necromancer advisor Poephagus. They'll enslave the local populace, forcing them to begin production of massive quantities of chhurpi and byaslag to support the evil yakfolk armies. (Aside ... chhurpi at least makes an unusual race name ...)

The climax of the campaign will be a fight from yak-back during a yak race (or perhaps a game of yak polo, I'm not sure which).
