Battletoads was an extremely popular video game in the mid 90's for the Game Boy, Nintendo, and Super Nintendo. (I think)

Anyway, the game was either incredibly hard or incredibly easy, depending on who you asked.

If IIRC wasn't Battletoads a kind of a spin off from the big green mutant heroes theme of TMNT fame? They had hockey sticks and bikes IIRC...

An old NES game... the toads have creative names like Zit and Pimple. You get a lot farther when you can save every three seconds than when you can never save...

My member profile would have answered this question for you, but to save time I'm 30. I have never owned or played a GameBoy (a fact I'm quite proud of ), and I didn't spend a lot of time using either version of Nintendo either. That said, Battletoads sounds like the type of game I would enjoy, and I'm surprised I never heard any of my video game addict friends chatting it up.
