A young, robed half-breed appears in a puff of smoke and a flash of light.
"I may be in a match myself right now, but this sending will do nicely," he says. "Insults to Dragon! It shall be a three-flag strategy match."
The ancient masters have decreed this match to take place at the castle west of the Ancient Volcano on the dawn of the nunchaku.
After both combatants post their hands, Rusty posts his first move. First posts alternate after that.

"Right then!" Rusty grabs one of the weird orbs from his belt and flings it at Dagon. As a cat-sized yellow rodent balloons out of the orb, Rusty cries out, "Pikachu, I choose you!"
The yellow creature happily squeaks, "Pika pika!" Static electricity crackles through its fur. As it leaps at Dagon, lightning flashes out from it and thunder splits the air with a roar!
