(YB) Samidare vs Dagon (strategy, speed; Sabaron Corlagon judging)

Samidare bows towards the Altar of the Rainbow Circle, then straightens and faces his opponent. He steps forward confidently. Without warning, he bursts into a blur of motion, his hands seeming to multiply as they descend upon Dagon in a swarm of blows!

The spider removes the village; reduces the push of the holy ground!

 

[Yellow Sign]

With sweep of his monsterous hand, Dagon tries to sever Samidare's head from his shoulders.


The wolf severs the forest; quells the punch of the sickle!

 

[Sabaron]

Sabaron sighs slightly. "Neither one of you bothered to defend himself, so I'm stuck basing my decision on your attacks. Dagon, while his move was brutal and short, executed his attack more appropriately.

Bluffing a grab, Dagon kicks a big webbed foot at Samidare's belly.

The fox eliminates the bluff; conceals the efforts of the barrens!

Samidare dodges effortlessly beneath his opponent's attack, grapples him, and then pummels him in a very sensitive area.

The faultless grasshopper flies underneath the island; grasps the drive of the wind as it strikes in the midst of the pain of the pole!

 

[Sabaron]

Sabaron nimbly dodges the fish man's attack. "Dagon, you should really focus on your opponent. Striking at me is really counter-productive. Also, Samidare's move is more interesting."

Note to Dagon: Samidare has yet to use his Chi Strike. Until he does, you go last. Always.

 

[Ciaran]

Having taken his opponent's measure, Samidare tumbles forwards and, gathering his chi, unleashes a devastating, bone-shattering strike!

The tumbling snake decimates the volcano; removes the pain of the bone!
Fist of Fury: The twisting fist stands through the beach; dodges the rising of the wind!

[Sabaron]

Sabaron steps in between the two fighters. "Sorry, Samidare... Chi Strike can not be used with any powers other than Mastery. You'll have to forego either the Chi Strike or the Fists of Fury."

OOC: I don't think you can chi strike and fist of fury on the same turn. Is that right?

(Sorry; blame it on a brain-stone due to frustration at having continually forgotten to use my Chi Strike up till now. I'll forego the Chi Strike and keep the Fist of Fury.)
