Diaochan quickly looks around, trying to reorient herself to the room and looking for exits...

The room is a dining room, filled with benches and rectangular tables. There is a fireplace on the north wall and doors on the left and right walls, not to mention the door that Diaochan entered through.

Diaochan sneaks up to the door on the left, puts her ear to it to listen, and then opens it and continues through...

 

[Wicht]

The door on the left opens up into the kitchen. it is currently empty.

Doh! says Diaochan as she turns around and heads for the right door...

 

[Wicht]

The other door opens up on a small hallway, another door at the end of it. Diaochan thinks she can hear the sound of several bodies moving on the other side of the door.

Diaochan opens the door and prepares herself for battle against whatever is on the other side

Three large wolves are aimlessly shuffling around inside what appears to be a den of some sort. There is straw on the floor and several large wooden crates on their side that might be makeshift kennels.

The largest wolf, one with jet black fur trimmed with silver, growls throatily at Diaochan as the door opens. The other two wolves immediately turn and glare at the fighter.

"Good doggies" says Diaochan as she tries to back away and close the door. If the wolves don't attack, Diaochan backtracks to the dining room area and then returns to the hallway with many doors. She proceeds to the door next to the door that goes into the dining room.
