(YBA) Sharlea explores Wicht's Lair II

Sharlea burns the bodies and then retraces er steps east to the main north/south corridor and heads north. She passes the eastward corridor which she remembers leads to the goblins temple, but soon (fifteen feet) she comes to an intersection. A small tunnel less than ten feet long leads east to a dark room. Another tunnel leads west and the corridor north becomes slightly narrower.

Sharlea will head east into the small room.

Maybe a good idea to start a new thread before the next fight too? Wouldn't wanna go over that dreaded 200 post limit!

The light from the torch reveals a small roughly oval room, perhaps twenty feet wide north to south at its furthest corners and little more than ten feet wide. The room is empty except for the body of a large goblin, nailed to the northern wall by its hands. Sharlea recognizes it as the body of the goblin chieftain, now much decomposed. A sign above the body reads, "Failure is punishable by more than mere death."

Sharlea will approach the chieftans body carefully with the intention of igniting it and burning it away. If nothing happens beyond that, then she will exit the room and proceed down the tunnel to the west.
