This week we have come to the Jade Giant, another giant native to the Continent of Rhiran on the Material Plane of Areh, but is easy to insert in any oriental campaign, I hope you will find it satisfactory.

Giant, Jade
Huge Giant (Spirit, Water)
Hit Dice: 16d8+96 (168 hp)
Initiative: +2 (Dex)
Speed: 50'; swim 25'
AC: 18 (-2 size, +2 Dex, +8 natural)
Attacks: Huge Katana* +21/+16/+11 melee; or rock +12/+7/+2 melee,
Damage: Huge Katana* 2d8+13/(17-20/x2); or rock 2d8+9
Face/Reach: 10' by 10'/15'
Special Attacks: Rock throwing, spell-like abilities,
Special Qualities: Rock catching, water breathing, damage reduction 15/+2, spell resistance 18, sonic resistance 20, obsidian vulnerability,
Saves: Fort +16, Ref +7, Will +9
Abilities: Str 29, Dex 14, Con 23, Int 18, Wis 19, Cha 18

Jade giants are one of seven races of giants native to Rhiran (The other six being: Bamboo, Highland, Lowland, Obsidian, the Ogre Mage, and the Wang Liang).
Jade giants look like immense humans with a skin tone ranging from a light-grey to light-green, their eyes and hair are usually green, but slowly become grey as the giant ages.
Jade Giants usually live 500 to 600 years.
Combat:
Jade giants do not actively seek combat, but do not shun it. If locked in combat, they usually use their superior size to deal as much damage as possible, augmenting their strengths and weaknesses with their innate abilities. If the battle starts to go against them, they usually levitate out of harms way, and heal up before retuning to the fray. Only when all their abilities are drained do they relent.
They have been known to surrender to a surperior foe.
Spell-Like Abilities: 3/day - Bull's Strength, Cure Moderate Wounds, Dispel Magic, Haste, Keen Edge, Levitate, and Obscuring Mist; 1/day - Control Weather, Neutralize Poison, Stone Skin, and Telekinesis. These are as cast by a 16th level sorcerer, Save DC 14 plus spell level.
Water Breathing (Ex): Jade giants breathe water as easily as air, and may use their innate abilities, and cast spells while submerged.
Obsidian Vulnerability (Ex): Obsidian Weapons deal double damage to, and ignores the damage reduction of jade giants.
Skills: Jade Giants recieve skills points as if they where large giants.
Jade Giant Society:
Jade giants are generally good natured and friendly, although a bit rigid in their ways. They're extremely honorable, and will in most cases invite people into their homes as a sign of good will and honor. They spend most of their free time contemplating the mysteries of the arcane and spirit worlds. Jade Giants sutain themselves mostly on seafood and rice. They have a weakness for good sake.
Jade Giant Characters:
A Jade giants favored class is Samurai, and most Jade Giant leaders are Samurai or Samurai/Shugenja's. Jade Giant shamans usually chose from among the following domains: Ancestor, Celestial, Divination, Knowledge, River or Stone. Although they are by no means limited to those choices.
A jade giants ECL is: +20
