Well, most of my characters are CN, and after taking the test, I see that I am apparently the same. Must be why its so easy. Now I'm going to take the test for my NE character and see what comes out.
Just took it for the NE PC and got CE, seems a little harsh, the test seems to be geared toward a narrow definition of good.

Sorry if this counts as trolling, but...get a grip.

I'm guessing you voted "I don't believe in alignment."
It's debatable how well alignment translates from game definition to real world morality. I think it works well, but then again my earliest moral influences (after basic Christian doctrine) are Tolkien and D&D.

The WotC test lists me as Lawful good, despite my distinctly saying "Up the revolution!." An alternate test lists me as Neutral Good with strong chaotic tendencies, much more to my liking. I maintain that I am Chaotic Good and, on a good day, the revolution on horseback.;)

Not helping people makes you indifferent, hence Neutral, to be good you need to go out of the way to help people, etc.
If you were to go out of your way to do something bad, you are evil.

It's raining hard, you see a car stuck in traffic what do you do?:

1. Do you get out and help push it off to the side and see if there is anything else you can do to help?

2. Do you just drive by thinking I don't need to stop someone else will eventually stop and help the person in need.

3. Do you drive by but stop someplace/use a cell phone and call that person some help.

4. Do you drive by and not even think about what that person.

5. Do you drive by laughing at the person that's stuck.

6. Do you drive by and get pissed off because that person is clogging up traffic.

7. Do you drive by and try to splash the person with water from the side of road on purpose.

8. Do you get out and do something bad to the person who's stuck.

1. You are good, you are helping a person in need directly, it puts you in the most danger but this can really help the person in need the most.
2. You are neutral (good tendencies), your a generally nice person, but you just think about helping and don't take any real action to help.
3. You are good, you are at leadt trying to help a person in need, though this is not dangerous and can help the person stuck in the car.
4. You are neutral, you don't really care and are totally indifferent to the person situation.
5. You are neutral (evil tendencies), you love the fact the person has a real problem even though you don't intend on creating a problem for that person.
6. You are neutral, you only care about yourself and how it effects you, you're selfish but not evil. (did you give the person the finger or honk at them while driving by? Then your Evil)
7. You are evil, you when out of your way to make someone else’s life more miserable.
8. You are evil, evil, evil, if you do this you are very very evil and should be in prison.

Actually, I think I'm NG, though a solid case could be made for N.

When I was young, I was LN, but went through a revolution of thought and completely "changed my ways."

I voted "chaotic good" but that was before I realized that it was asking about me as opposed to my character. I am more chaotic neutral. Did anyone else make that mistake, or am I just slow?

By the way, I think the idea of a test for alignment is silly. The whole purpose of alignment is to have a simple formulation in mind to assist you in making decisions as your character would. If the test tells you your character is neutral, but you don't really know why, then it is practically useless. It might be useful for your DM, but not for you as a role-player.
