I have to recommend Of Sound Mind. I haven't run it yet but I've got the adventure and it looks really good!

Under Illefarn.

This was THE best low level module I ever DMd. It will last a good 3-4 months of game play with plenty of RPing opps and a nice classic dungeon crawl at the end.

It was probably the most value I ever got out of 8 bucks hands down.

Could be easily adapted for non-FRealms play.

Looks like I may go with Keep on the Borderlands.

I enjoyed Keep on the Borderlands as much as anybody, lo those many years ago, but it's just not a good adventure unless you want a gigantic dungeon crawl.

I highly recommend U1: The Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh. I think that makes me the third person to recommend it.

KEEP ON THE BORDERLANDS

It's my all-time fave level 1.

The Keep itself allows for a lot of roleplaying, and the module can be run as a hack-fest, or it can be a LOT more than that in the hands of the right DM - that's why it's my favorite.

My plyaers also REALLY enjoyed Pit of Loch Durnam by MEG.
