I was assuming some math-something-something-probabilities-math, but that's pretty straightforward.
Yeah, nothing so exciting :)

Math-wise it does a good job moving results away from the middle. It can't crack open a sure thing, though. If you were going to hit for sure beforehand, disadvantage does basically nothing. And if there's no chance to get up the cliff, advantage does nothing.

I think that's fine, really. It's just something to keep in mind. It does make using disadvantage for stuff like blindness a little awkward, though.
