"The woes of mangeld OGC (baad publisher, illegal OGL use...)"

Which wasn't there, so I went to the lemon.

I guess the issue of cheating players pales beside the other topics listed here. I guess maybe cheating's not nearly as interesting as it sometimes seems. You know, in the Big Scheme of Things.

Cool. Gives me some minor justification to argue when I get caught with my double-20 dice. :)

I prefer the "help me with some part of my campaign" such as the trap/puzzle threads, the "What would you find in a city of aberrations?" thread, and so on.

Seconded. These boards have been invaluable for me in this regard.

Any sort of edition wars....

OD&D vs D&D vs 1st Ed AD&D vs 2nd Ed AD&D vs 3.0 vs 3.5 vs alleged 3.75 vs 4th etc etc (possibly also vs Runequest vs GURPS vs TORG vs WFRP vs OGL (various) vs T&T vs C&C etc)

Always makes good amusing reading - not usually strong on rational, structured, emotion free, logically argued, polite intellectally rational debate - but thats not why I browse the interweb or particularly read ENWorld.

... Why does Driddle like Lemon Curry?

Sesame Chicken(1974) is the only true food. All the other foods are just poor imitations of the real thing.

Other..
I much prefer the following threads:

character deaths vs lame campigns where the "story" makes character actions meaningless

and

the puzzles and diplomacy vs lame campaigns where anything intelligent or charismatic is only done by a die roll.

Those are my two favorite kinds of threads. I like it when you know people are wrong from the beginning.

Agreed, whether I actually post on them or not. ;)

ENWorlders are like my children, and I'm only helping them find the goodrightfun One True Way. :)
