Your favourite book o' gear?

Which one do you always turn to, when you need some specialised adventuring gear, a weird set of armour, a menu for a tavern, or the like? [. . . and don't feel like coming up with, and possibly statting, everything yourself. . .]

Aurora's (TSR)
Arms & Equipment Guide (WotC)
Ultimate Equipment Guide (Mongoose)
Goods and Gear (Kenzer)
...and a Ten Foot Pole (ICE)
a bunch of PDFs. . . (whoever)

. . . or something else?

And what is it about that source that you particularly like?

I agree, that's the best, flat out, for weaponry etc. But what general gear? Books or sources that cover lots of areas?

Honestly, I've ever given much thought to supplements concerning just general gear.

The PHB list seems complete enough to extrapolate the cost of any oddball stuff the players might want.

For what your asking? Goods and Gear by Kenzer. Over all? Aurora's Whole Realms Catalogue.

Frost to Steel is pretty cool too.

It isn't a RPG product, per se, but I've very fond of Weapons: An International Encyclopedia from 5000 BC to 2000 AD. I highly recommend that for any gamer's reference shelf.

Great book, I own a copy myself.
