Righteous Brand FTW! Who needs DPS when you Just. Won't. Die!??!?! RAWR!!!
(Plus the Gritty Sergeant background for longsword prof and +1 Init)
In all seriousness though, I just love playing with new classes & powers, finding new tactical combos, etc. so my ideal group is always "something different from last time."
I also find that new mixes of Skill groupings can be just as important to the feel of a campaign as the mix of classes. If the guy with Thievery also has Bluff, Acrobatics and Streetwise you get this real Jimmy the Hand feel, while if he has Intimidate, Athletics and Streetwise it's more of a Jimmy Hoffa vibe. For campaigns with the amount of RP I like that sort of thing really matters even more than races or classes in some adventures.
