Not anything I can think of I would change from what they're doing now - except maybe consider a "starter" set, but only because I love collecting such things.

I'm curious to see what y'all come up with for me to do.

Go completely crazy, or make everyone in the building think you have. Buy a morningstar and viking helmet and tear ass through the halls, terrifying and browbeating everyone into giving into your demands, which would include:

1. More Shoanti adventures.

2. A seafaring, pirate-tastic Adventure Path.

3. At least one double-sized module set on one of the other planets in Golarion's solar system.

4. Harsk fanservice for the lulz.

Now how much of that is financially unfeasible, I don't know. At least buy a morningstar.

Some good advice regarding Adventure Paths, for sure! Adventure Paths are one of the most complicated things we produce... and not in least because they're the product of dozens of different writers. I like to think that we're learning from feedback from readers—Council of Thieves is a direct result of complaints about Curse of the Crimson Throne's deviation from Korvosa in the second half of the adventure, for example. Even Rise of the Runelords was us responding to customer feedback (at the time, customers were tired of big-bad-end-guys who were powerful outsiders, which is what we did for our first three Adventure Paths in Dungeon magazine).

That all said, there's a bit of time delay in our responses. By the time an Adventure Path begins, we're usually wrapping up the development of the next one, so by the time we've got solid feedback on an ENTIRE Adventure Path, we're already starting work on the one that's happening a year later. So when we heard folks were unsatisfied with how Curse of the Crimson Throne went off-target and left the city, we were already deep into working on Legacy of Fire. The next AP, Council of Thieves, was the first one we could really move on to address that issue.

Same thing's happening with the "go to another dimension." When we were thinking of starting up Legacy of Fire, there was a LOT of interest among our customer base for the other planes, and so we built some plane hopping into the AP. Turns out, it was probably TOO much plane hopping, but we didn't really get solid feedback on that until late last year. By that point, we already had our authors working on Kingmaker. Now that said... I haven't yet started development on the last installment of Kingmaker, and while there is indeed some dimensional/planar aspect to it, I think (hope) that it's going to be pretty well received. And a significant portion of that last adventure will focus on protecting the kingdom you built from the menace at hand, with a climax that DOES take place in familiar territory. But you won't REALLY see the result of "enough with the other planes/dimensions!" until later this year, with the Serpent Skull adventure path... which is set 100% in Golarion.

Anyway! Keep the feedback coming! I'll just be out joyriding in Erik's fancy car with his hot secretary for a while since someone upthread had the good sense to order him to get back to work...

I will also second the desire for more reasons for 4e players to spend our money at Paizo. I love the blank flipmat I bought from you guys recently, but have found the themed ones...too themed. I like the concept, and the price is good, but I couldn't see myself using them for than once or twice per side. I don't even have an answer for that conundrum.

Mostly I would like to see 4e Paizo AP's.

Hmm

The bane of companies the size of Paizo seems to be the temptation to expand too quickly. So I'd think twice before hiring any more people.

I think something like DDI is probably out of your core compentencies and too expensive. So I'd suggest partnering with the open source community and giving official support for tools like MapTools and Google Sketchup.

WRT adventure paths, I'd stick with the six issue format. I'm very excited about Kingmaker (which I'm gearing up to run) and Serpent's Skull.

My main gripe with Paizo is the art , i'd like something a little more old school.

But, the truth is you guys have executed really well and are in a great spot. Just keep doing what you're doing!

Ken

Start making 4E adventure paths. No one does them better than you guys, and really, IMO there is no reason not to at this point. Pople are playing Pathfinder, and you can get back money from those of us that are playing 4E.
