Yuan-ti PCs, what ECL?

Pureblood:
Str 11, Dex 13, Con 11
Int 18, Wis 18, Cha 16
= Dex +2, Int +8, Wis +8, Cha +6

Halfblood
Str 15, Dex 13, Con 13
Int 18, Wis 18, Cha 16
= Str +4, Dex +2, Con+2, Int +8, Wis +8, Cha +6

Abominations
Str 19, Dex 13, Con 17,
Int 18, Wis 18, Cha 16
= Str +8, Dex +2, Con +6, Int +8, Wis +8, Cha +6

Yikes, they're tough.

The way the conversion works is stat-10 if it's even, or -11 if it's odd. It's in the DMG early on, the thing about modifying races, blah blah.

According to Dragon Magazine #293, it's +12 for a Pureblood, +14 for a Halfblood, and +16 for an Abomination.

Soldarin is a little more lenient, putting them at +7, +9, and +14, respectively.

Don't forget the mess of free feats, SR, Natural AC, psionics, spell like abilities, asounding listen/spot, reach (for abominations), and god knows what else.
Truely a race that shouldn't be a player.

If you want (near) playable yuan-ti, you have them in Monsters of Faerûn (the Tainted One). I don't remember the ECL, +2 or +3, that we gave it.

Forgot about them, they are much more playable.
+3 is probably about right since they do get some really good abilities, but not nearly as many as a real Yuan-Ti. Though that might be light considering they can poison as a spell-like ability.
