Broadsheet readers in
Suzail are frantically searching their homes and offices for old copies of
The Hunting Horn of the Forest Kingdom. Some folk have bundled up their most trusted agents (and servants, in the case of nobles) and sent them out into the freezing cold to search the shelves of shops like
Tanreth’s Fine Paperworks, on Pendle Street, for any copies of
The Hunting Horn in the shop's possession.
No one has successfully contacted the author (or authors) of
The Hunting Horn, because they remain anonymous. Folk in
Suzail roundly agree that this publication remains "the most sober and thoughtfully written broadsheet sold in
Suzail," and so is not regarded as a source of rumor and speculation. Even so, it is rumored that one or more of last year's issues of
The Hunting Horn hold clues to the location of the lost Rallyhorn Riches, this being a considerable pile of gold bars that disappeared from a Rallyhorn family coffin deep below the Royal Palace, when
Cormyr was not yet two centuries old.
By day's end, rumorfire burned brighter at the news of a handful of gold bars having been unearthed in the vicinity of the Royal Palace.
