BLISTERFOOT INN - Over the last tenday, riders wearing the dragon head and blood teardrops badge of House Haldoneir have been seen on Elclantar’s Ride (this the winding dirt road linking the Blisterfoot Inn with the sprawling Haldoneir family holdings at Wymrdown). They are stopping travelers to politely, but firmly, ask questions, and to request permission to inspect their belongings.
At the Blisterfoot, a handful of peddlers seated at one table listened as Telmra Ormshield complained. "Aye, those Haldoneir swords were polite enough. But they treated me and my cart as though I were a dragon in disguise. And oh were they relieved when they failed to find whatever t'was they sought! What doom has befallen the House of Haldoneir that they would send mounted riders to waylay folk without telling us what they're looking for?"
WHELOON - Collectors of body adornments are traveling to Wheloon to receive small, stylized tattoos that glow in amethyst hues and appear to float just above the skin in utter darkness.
A single thumbnail sized rendering costs upwards of 50 golden lions.
Lady Noenel Kallowsar is credited with igniting the
Fire of interest in these adornments. She is known to sport twin lines of amethyst birds that run from shoulder to buttocks, the birds appearing to flap their wings as she disrobes.
This being a widely known fact after Noenel revealed her tattoos inside the Dragonrider's Club, in
Suzail, to an audience astonished to see her remove her mask after a performance made in near darkness inside the club.
