Michael would have gone with Create Food and Water as long as the party could stand the stuff...but if he needed big cures, Create Food and water would have been the first thing to convert to healing.

Michael would try to keep the party in caves and rocks as much as possible, using a memorized Stone Shape to provide some sort of defensive barrier or parapet.
He tries not to use the Dwimmerstone, saving it for emergencies.

Zack grips his scythe and moves quietly towards the entrance. He expects that it is just some animal, but it never hurts to take a look before jumping.

*Holding his scythe, Zack heads towards the entrance, but at first, he can't make anything out because of the flurries of snow. As he moves cautiously just slightly outwards into the snow, he catches a glimpse of an oddly-shaped shadow, but he'll need to head farther out to get a better look.*

While he is confident in his abilities, he isn't stupid. He goes back to the cave to wake up Ducane since he'll have to wake up in a while to his watch anyway.
"There's something outside, come on," he whispers.
Once his brother has shed the sleepyness, he'll head back towards the entrance, and then to where he saw the shadow.

*Zack and Ducane head out into the snow towards where Zack saw the shadow. There's nothing there now, but Ducane notices a footprint out there in the snow. Suddenly, there is a roar, mostly muted by the roar of the wind and the snow, as a huge creature, tall as two ordinary men and covered in white fur, leaps down to attack, slamming into Zack with its claws with manic strength.*

(OOC: Zack takes 39 Damage,

Gritting his teeth against the pain, Zack retaliates with his scythe, hoping to deter the creature. He then starts slowly retreating towards their resting place.
"Everyone! Monster Attack!" he yells, hoping that one of them might wake up.

OoC: Full Attacking the creature, so +13/+8 (2d4+8/x4, slashing and piercing), then 5ft step back.

Opale is dreaming at the moment she was truned to stone. She sees the creature heading her way, his companion around her. Dalamar is yelling "Everyone! Monster Attack!" and she was preparing her Acid arrow. She knew that the she would be turned into stone, she knew her faith... this is all a big déjà vu, but something is funny... she didn't remember Dalamar speaking at that moment.

*Zack's first attack is an embarrassing fumble, but his second swing strikes true, dealing the furry white beast a powerful blow, yet one that doesn't seem to concern it as greatly as it perhaps should. It hardly loses balance at all from the force of the blow, understandable for a creature that size.*

(OOC: Zack hits once for 14 Damage (rolled a 1 on attack #1).

And Ducane? Has Xael been on? I've seen few posts from him so far)
