I only saw a PH2 comment in the one here (Not 'Heroes of...'). If it is still actualized, I think you can delete:

From Player's Handbook Heroes Series 1 (miniature pack). Amendment: Warlocks can choose Eldritch Strike in place of either Eldritch Blast or their pact at-will. (Discussion here and here)

It is now an official rule.

Not quite. An official warlock still must take their pact at-will, and can then choose between the two eldritch ones. A L4W warlock can choose both Strike and Blast if they'd like.

Quick question about Dual Implement Spellcaster

Say I grabbed a Staff of Ruin in the main hand and a Flaming staff in the off-hand, would I be allowed to have the damage converted to "fire" by the flaming staff?

Just looking at Ashir for Paragon... I like to look ahead :)
