This got flagged up as a spam post, skerritthegreen (a post containing just a link). I saved it manually because I happened to see it just in time, but best not post posts which are just a URL. The software can't distinguish between that and a post linking to a viagra site. :)

Wow this is massive news. Massive.

A) I had no idea Baldman games were also content providers. I just assumed they had limited themselves to simply the organisation of cons.

B) In a way I guess it makes sense that their content would gel better in to their own con setups.

C) on that vein, assuming season 5 of AL (Im not even sure what to refer to the Badlman game adventures.. would these still feature at Gencon?). Im guessing so.

This is a HUGE press release, and Im sure its gonna bring a lot of excitement to a lot of people.

Considering how disastrously BMG handled GenCon last year...I will be super careful to research anything with their name on it before I buy it.

Byakugan: I wasnt there so I really cant comment on that.

All I know when I look at their products page/ plans for summer is that they seem to have adopted the Living Greyhawk naming conventions. Im seeing 6 scenarios of levels 1-4, 6 for levels 5-10 and 3 for levels 11-16. Thats a megaton of scenarios to come out all around the same time (yes there is of course the origins/gencon split).

Still , its damn exciting in just the thoughts of what adventures will await in Phlan or Hullsburg. and the reason Im excited is once they have premiered at Gencon and Origins they will be available for purchase on the dmsguild website. (Im never going to be able to get to Gencon or Origins) but the very thought that all this content will be open to my players is .. exhilirating. (even if its way down the road).

THe only concern I have is how linked the Baldman Games scenarios and the AL Admin scenarios will be (but to be honest thats a minor concern and way too early in the piece for me to even be that concerned over it)

I have to admit, I was a tad irked when I first heard of this because I thought "great, more things I'll never get to play because I can't make it to a Con." But I am so glad to see that they are going to be on DMs Guild also.

They did the ashes of athas dark sun organized play adventures for 4th Ed and I think those are pretty great.

This is great news. I also love how there will be ways to customise the adventures for individual conventions! And they will be publicly available!
