I hope everyone who has picked up a copy is enjoying it - looking forward to feedback as it comes in. Still here to answer questions as needed.

I was reading through my partner’s copy the other day and specifically one of my favorite subjects, the Abyss. I noticed there was a lot of information on the Obyriths, but not a lot on Demon Lords, Princes, etc. (and the more typical creatures of the plane). What was your thought in making that choice?

PS - I do like the material you have on the Obyriths quite a bit. But I prefer demons myself.

Speaking of the Abyss, it would be nice to have a fuller list of the layers in this book, even if it's just a chart with "Layer Number", Layer Name", "Ruler (if any)" and maybe a one-sentence description. The map of the Abyss in the Planes of Chaos box had a long and fairly comprehensive (although by no means exhaustive) list like this on its back; maybe do something like that, but a bit more trimmed and curated? Perhaps a list with just the layers mentioned in the DMG and in this book (with maybe a few more other particularly interesting layers here and there); that should be enough to get a good one-page chart listing the most notable layers without things getting overloaded.

With the caveat that it was not my choice... it was noted that they get a lot of callouts and support in official products already. Now, that being said... well, I'm not allowed to say what I would want to say but watch this space.

See above, regarding this space and the watching thereof. I definitely agree. I promise you, the Abyss is among my most favorite planes, and I don't want it shortchanged.

I thought that might be the reason, but WotC has really just scratched the surface (at least in 5e) of Abyssal lore. I don’t think 5e official even has “demon princes” as they were all called “demon lords” IIRC in OotA. I was glad to see you brought those back and gave a dose of chaos as well

I mean realistically "Demon Prince" has always been a title that makes me chuckle because anyone who claims it is essentially challenging anyone else to come take it from them. Meanwhile plenty of "mere" demon lords are Queen, King, Baron, Count, usually not Duke...
