E-Tools was horrid. Delays aren't a bad thing Blizzard delays and delays and then comes out with fantastic products. We will see if WOTC is delaying for quality or because they don't know what their doing.

That's exactly what I was thinking. It also means that in my mind it wasn't malicious it was just somebody being lazy. Never attribute to malice what you can attribute to incompetence.

The other question of course is, if you build a scenario and you make the magic items and you make pre-gen characters then why would you put in crummy magic items for the pre-gen characters you made for the adventure you wrote?

If you don't have an at will ability that is ranged. Ranged basic attack my be your only way to attack at range.

Con is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of non-primary stats I would want to put points in. More Healing surges and HP's are never a bad thing.

Maybe they are trying to put in some nice clunky and annoying DRM.

I would like just an MMO framework with some generic buildings, npc, dungeons and monsters built in with maybe a default setting that you could build out. It would include easy ways to customize graphics, create terrain, AI's for your monsters. Then you could run it just for several people, or...

I used to get everything from my FLGS and play there whenever I could. I brought people to the store that had never been there before so I was probably indirectly boosting sales. However now that I've moved its such a long drive that I only go in and buy stuff there occasionally.

I find it more likely that amazon ordered some amount but then let people pre-order many more than they originally ordered from WoTC. Then when they wanted to get more they where shocked to discover that WoTC didn't have its own wizard to magically poof them all into existence.
