Just bought the 4E Players Handbook, but I have the worlds dumbest question. How on erth are you to detirmine how many powers you get to use a day

I don't think that RPG's are based to boys very much, in my groups, there is a typical 2:3 ratio of boys to girls... (or 1:1) But those are just my groups.

I meant Physical Description, Activation, & Run Time, what necessities need to be described. Oh, and what do you think a paper wands AC, Hp, Hardness, and break Dc would be. I'm thinking AC 2, 1 hit point, hardness 1, and a break (rip?) DC of 6?
