If a creature has Multiattack, how do you handle special attack actions? For example, a dragon has Multiattack - two claws and a bite and then has their breath weapon. If the dragon uses their breath weapon does that use up the Multiattack action?

It seems you can stay in an aspect outside of encounters and gain benefit, say like getting a bonus to your initiative. What if you switch during your turn? Can you move up the initiative next round?
