What does 4e's design offer better?
What are the game rules and mechanics advantages of 4e - are there any?

Um...Diablo 3's a video game...you know that, right?

Exactly my point. 4e rules and mechanics are the ones of a video game too -ones a video game offers. You know, there is this virtual tabletop made to implement all the 4e rules and mechanics in video game mode.
So how can it compete with Diablo III gameplay wise (regarding the mechanics and combat rules)?

Who CARES! Do you KNOW what THIS means?! Blizzard has blessed us from above! Hail the new Diablo 3!

DnD, Diablo, other RPGs.... my life is blessed. I didn't know that it could come to this...

You kidding me? 4e has a DM , that pretty much grinds good old DIII into the dust in terms of gameplay, rules and whatever else one can add to the mix... well barring graphics, but who needs those into a TTRPG anyways?

Diablo III is not old. It hasn't been released yet. And perhaps it will support a DM .
