[sblock=ooc]I don't think there's any reason you couldn't stand as a move action and then charge as your standard action, if that's what you'd like to do. You're only 5 squares away, right? Why would you need to move and then charge?[/sblock]

3.5 throwback to when charges had to be in a straight line...[/sblock]

OOC: EB is right. You can stand as a move and charge directly to E23, and yes. You do need to roll the attack (don't forget your +1 bonus for charging).

Iguyo Di Wer Grovisv simply chuckles to herself, she cocks an eye at the kobold next to her and nods her head in the direction of Mervin's approaching sphere.

Caught completely by surprise, the dragonkin ignites instantaneously into a cooking conflagration.

The dragon tucks her wings and div
es for the remaining kobold, flinging it into the air. The poor creature tumbles end-over-end unable to avoid the wyrm's gaping jaws, "My masssteer knowssss your namessssss!" After a single gulp, the wretched thing is no more.

[sblock=Actions]
Dragon: Delays until after Defender4's turn

Defender4: Erupts in flame and dies.

Dragon:
Standard: Charge kobold at F21
Attack: 1d20+15-2(Marked)=22 vs. AC for 1d10+6=11 damage
The last kobold is dead
[/sblock][sblock=Rewards Submitted for Approval]I'm going to post experience here, so that I get the whole doubling thing out of the way:

Time XP:
Riardon (Level 5): = (Jul.24-Sept.6 (1.5mos): 249 Sept.7-Oct.4 (29days): 320) =569
Gensai (Level 5): = (Jul.24-Sept.6 (1.5mos): 249 Sept.7-Oct.4 (29days): 320) =569
Fenwick (Level 4): = (Jul.24-Sept.6 (1.5mos): 218 Sept.7-Oct.4 (29days): 280) = 498
Rujah (Level 4): = (Jul.24-Sept.6 (1.5mos): 218 Sept.7-Oct.4 (29days): 280) = 498
Mervin (Level 4 effectively): = (Jul.24-Sept.6 (1.5mos): 218 Sept.7-Oct.4 (29days): 280) = 498

RP Rewards for getting around town = 350*2

Encounter XP for Kobolds and Dragon
9 Defenders = 250X9X2=4500
1 Channeler = 200X2=400
Avoiding the wrath of the dragon (1/4 dragon's XP) = 875*2=1750

That's 1470 a piece.

Totals:
Riardon: 2039
Gensai: 2039
Fenwick: 1968
Rujah: 1968
Mervin: 1968

This should even it out. It brings Mervin, Rujah, and Fenwick to Level 5, while Riardon and Gensai matriculate to Level 6.

Oh, and, of course, 4 DM Credits for me .

@Ozymandias79: Submitted for your approval[/sblock]Licking her lips Iguyo Di Wer Grovisv turns her attention to her tenuous "allies", lighting on the ground on a rock close by, her voice lowered.
"Now, what shall we do now that we have no common enemy..."

She crane's her neck over to Rujah, and then back to Gensai and Fenwick, she sniffs at their weapons,

"...,or do we yet have a common foe."
She cracks smile of cognition, "You look confused..." She pauses in thought, "Ooooh. You don't know where you are?" The dragon rocks back and forth on her hind legs like a child who's just picked the star player for her team, "Shear didn't send you did he. You came through that portal by accident." She breaths a venomous, low whistle, "You, no doubt have questions. I can provide answers...at a price."[sblock=Treasure & Time Gold]I'm going to RP for a while. For now this is Q&A time with the dragon. Make the best of it. It will help you understand what to do in subsequent encounters, and culminate in a quest. The size and type will be determined by the dialogue. Though this is not exactly a skill challenge, you are free to use your skills in order to guide the subject matter or influence the dragon for an answer. DCs will be according to a moderate, level-appropriate skill challenge, rather than the Dragon's defenses (Success is DC 17)

Treasure & Time Gold will be forthcoming regardless of the outcome, but the fluff around how you get it will depend on the nature of the conversation.[/sblock]
