I would think that Jansten's flaming Anders message would make her believe that we don't suspect her. We should be able to find her with Regent Bluestar, and hopefully enact some justice. (the concept not the person)

Unless she is 1) a total moron or 2) also being doublecrossed, there's no way she would have been in the tower when it blew - the intention was clearly to destroy it and everyone in it. Only the failure of some of the disjunctions prevented it from collapsing instantly. She would already have been away - and would be reacting to the obvious presence of survivors, but clearly not returning to the scene of the crime.
