Deflect Arrows

For some reason, I thought that it was possible to deflect more arrows if you had combat reflexes. My group argued with me that I was wrong, and turning to the rule books, it appears that they were right. Now, I love monks, I usually play one when I'm a player. But, I was DM'ing last night when I made that dumb mistake. Does anybody know where I might have seen a feat, or something similar, that would have given me that idea?

I've been wracking my brain, trying to squeeze a confession out of it (twisted imagery, I know), and haven't come up with anything. All of Enworld's help, is greatly appreciated.

3.0 rules had one save for one attempt...

I use a houserule... AoO attempt to deflect the first arrow with a reflex save DC 20, the second one with DC 25, etc...

But I guess you didn't confuse some houserules with actual rules stuff.

Infinite Deflection is an Epic Feat. Snatch Arrows lets you catch the projectile. That's all I can think of.
