Do you increase monster hit points?

personally i change the monsters because (boosting atack bonus and HP)
- I hate to track HP
- Hate to track conditions
- I hate to keep looking who is who in the miniatures.

if is a lot of minions i dont care
but if is
a chain devil
2 shadow demons
4 gohuls
is nightmare to me
