Here's an example of a frustrating release schedule. "Invincible" on Prime. Four episodes of season 2 released, weekly, in November. The last 4 episodes of the same season released "some time in 2024."

I think they did something similar with season 1, but it wasn't as long a dead period between the drops.

It pops up from time to time. Walking Dead did this a lot, but it was ok since they essentially filmed 2 seasons a year. Though The Witcher released 5 episodes and then 4-6 weeks later the last 3. It was a mess.

I had forgotten about "The Witcher." I wouldn't have known about "The Walking Dead" as I gave up on that murder porn long ago.

Yeah, I gave up on WD half way too. I just recall seeing ads for it during football Americano. "Final season...part 2....part 3..." lol

Agreed. I don't mind when a show with 20ish episodes has a mid season break. Taking a break with 8 is annoying.
