Feats that boost initiative

Don't forget that only a limited number of spells can affected by Permanency. Last I checked none of them enchance attributes or initiative.

Though for feats you could always go with Blooded or Thug both of which exist in Forgotten Realms as Regional Feats.

If you REALLY want to go first, boosting up initiative is waste of feats. Maximize Hide, Move Silently, Spot & Listen. And take other stealth/sense related feats and abilities. When one side is surprised and the other is not, Initiative number is irrelevant.

Or just have the party scry+buff+teleport. :)
