Francis the once plucky halfling doesn't feel very plucky any more. After seeing the foul face of the hag, he turns to the side and empties the contents of his stomach very abruptly on the deck of the boat. Just thought of hurling an insult her way makes him want to hurl himself, so he keeps his yap shut. Gathering his wits he fires another bolt at the hag, and reloads. It goes without saying that he didn't bother to stare and see if he hit or not.

Aelspeth Noromiel, Fledgling Conjurer

Aelspeth leans back as Leira's mizzenmast leg knocks the sahuagin too close for comfort. How did that not wound it? she wonders internally when the monster adjusts its footing.

At the sound of the halfling's retching, Aelspeth glances to him and then at the hag. She tears her gaze away, suddenly lightheaded and aching in every joint. Eternal Tower, let me not die here with that thing! She wobbles but does not fall.

"Leira," the elf groans. "I cannot keep on this way. Something about her visage saps my strength. Kill them fast." The last is almost pleading yet the wizard's quarterstaff hooks under the sahuagin's arm and levers it outward, leaving an opening for the monk's foot and fist.

Arradon's strength is sapped (loses 3 Str points, and you cannot add a roll to an edited post), but he is able to strike the right-most sahuagin in the back with a sharp blow to the ribs. Francis John's attack misses the hag once more, as he begins to panic from her renewed attention upon him. Meanwhile, Aelspeth distracts the left-most sahuagin so that Leira can get a better shot in.

Tamarie the Songweaver
Tamarie feels the wash of revulsion and odd magic as she sees the hag for the first time. "Wow," is the only word she utters as her body betrays her and she struggles to catch herself and stay upright. Her eyes narrow, and she sings a magic, summoning two miniature fiery wolves to streak towards the Sahuagin doing battle with Leira. Each of the inerrant wolves bursts upon impact, lancing into the side of the aquatic creature.
