Heres one-- Major creation: make adamantine daggers (1437 daggers to the cubic foot); Telekinese them at your enemies... at 25 thrown daggers per caster level, that would be deadly!(400d4+400 at 16th... evil...)
The throwing of many weapons at a target always seems a bit strange to me . . . Hasn't this been errataed? If it were me as the DM, I'd probably use a house rule or something because throwing hundreds of daggers seems just insane, balancewise.
