I'm also not going to worry about 'vibro' weaponry for now. Just use the standard non-vibro bayonet (1d8 piecing damage). I need to change some skills around and will actually lower her charisma a point, raise wisdom a point. Moving some skills and tools around and going for a custom background. The way i would describe her is more as a woman who would have been better in the army, but never had the opportunity. She's a mercenary battlefield mechanic.

So I customised the background a bit and swapped the gaming kit with a mechanics tool kit. I was wondering if that might be ok, maybe at the subtraction of some credits? I'm not sure. I also swapped the daggers for bayonets and would use one until vibro-proficiency.

I'll avoid weapon focus with my gun too until she can nab one of the more expensive ones. I know the build isn't entirely optimal at the moment, but it will flesh out in time.

I just realised. With what i'm trying to build, it may be easier for me to roll for credits and purchase all my equipment if you are allowing this? I'd have a similar setup, but i'd probably compromise something else and make sure i have each toolkit i'm proficient in. If so, [roll0] x 250

Hmm looking at your Stats and assuming you used your Human +1 to two different Stats (one to raise a 15 to a 16 and one to raise a 13 to a 14) you are over by 3 points as you spent 30 points. If you were modify the Array I afraid I was not allow that as the Array was more points on purpose.

The equipment is fine... background swaps are cool, skills and the rest good. You have one to many Feats though. Everyone gets one at 1st level, you get a bonus one for being Human and a free one (Shake it Off) from your class. If you want to keep Force Sensitive you will have to drop Precise Shot. Up to you (and you can take either next level at 2nd)

Read over your background looks great. A basic Cybernetic Prosthesis is fine to start with. It gives no benefits or drawbacks and I am fine if later you want to upgrade it. Being tech savvy you might think about Tech Specialist feat as it will allow you to upgrade equipment. I have no hard and fast rules for this as I don't want pages and pages of stuff like Saga had on it. Basically something that gives you a +1 is going to take some time to make and a Tools (Mechanics) test TN 15. Better upgrades and/or added extra upgrades to the same piece of equipment increase the TN. It will also cost some credits but again we will play it by ear.

Your character will already be on planet. From your background you might have gotten word about the bounties being paid on the native Kwi by Czerka Corporation and arrived here thinking they were just animals like the miners do. But once here you heard from the Republic Survey Corp that they are sentient, primitive but sentient. Czerka Corp raised the bounty and most of the hunters did not care and took the cred. You did not. You will probably be on the planet only a day or so before the rest of the party shows up.

IF you keep your Force Sensitive feat there will be additional info (along with anyone else who comes to the planet) but I want to wait until the other characters arrive.

I am going to move the ship along a couple of days just so that we can get to the planet soon and get the team together. I was hoping this would happen before Friday but oh well... :D

Its ok... I will probably start you on the planet also. My idea is that you or your master got a sense of a disturbance in the Force that lead you here. Your master is helping with some critical negotiations on another planet, but he/she felt it was important that you at least go and start investigation what might be the reason for these premonitions...
