Eyes of Nine

Everything's Fine
I don't even barely watch television, and I am enjoying these recommendations!

What are people's favorite (live action) K-dramas, C-dramas, and J-dramas?
Oh one show I started to watch that was mildly interesting (but not enough for me to continue) was the Korean legal drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo

B/X Known World
German shows.

Tatort. A long-running police drama.
Dark. A weird horror show on Netflix.
Babylon Berlin. Police drama set between WW1 and WW2 in Weimar Germany. Netflix.
Bernd das Brot. A German children’s show about a Muppet who’s a depressed loaf of bread.

Spanish shows.

Celia. A sort of telenovella about Celia Cruz, the Queen of Salsa.
Club de Cuervos. A comedy-drama on Netflix about a fictional football club.

Shows in English but not American.

Doctor Who.
Red Dwarf.
Mrs Brown’s Boys.
Monty Python.
Father Ted.
Blackadder.
I, Claudius.

For non-English language recommendations, I have enjoyed:

Astrid: Murder in Paris (French)
Beck (Swedish) - very long-running this, on the whole, the earlier ones are better.
Red Door (Italian)
Rocco Shiavone (Italian)

Has anyone mentioned Rome yet? According to Wikipedia, it's an Italian/US/UK production.
I'm going for a double-Cleese reference.

"I mentioned it earlier, but I think I got away with it."
"All right, but apart from the sanitation, medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, the fresh water system and multinational television productions, what have the Romans ever done for us?"

What do you all have against Danish political dramas? Borgen literally led directly to three of its leads getting parts in HBO series (two in Game of Thrones, one in Westworld).

My partner is very keen on Borgen, but for me it has nothing like enough explosions and chases!
