That was John Rhys Davies as Macro. Patrick Steward played Sejanus, head of the Praetorian Guard. He was delightfully evil in in that role

Babylon Berlin. Police drama set between WW1 and WW2 in Weimar Germany. Netflix.
Bernd das Brot. A German children’s show about a Muppet who’s a depressed loaf of bread.

Spanish shows.

Celia. A sort of telenovella about Celia Cruz, the Queen of Salsa.
Club de Cuervos. A comedy-drama on Netflix about a fictional football club.

My partner is very keen on Borgen, but for me it has nothing like enough explosions and chases!
