Waffles vs. Pancakes vs. French toast: Which is best?

I'm inclined to say: waffles and pancakes. But then there is, as always, a risk that the Anglosphere has warped these lovely things into something quite different from what I would expect

I went back to get a nice picture of the breakfast tacos, and discovered they also have buttermilk fried lobter tail for breakfast.
