How do they differ from all the other metal dice?

Well, at first glance I would say they cost about $20-40 dollars more depending on how who you normally order from. Otherwise they work the same as the $10-20 dollar ones I bought, or the $7.50 plastic ones I bought.

...Then again I bought a set of metal ones at about $15 despite there being a 7 sets of 7 at $12 which is less than 2 dollars a set... so I can't say anything about it being dramatically over priced and waste of money than no reasonable person would by... that ship sailed when they add metal and I bought a set for my GM to say I can't use them on his table... and then I bought a second set knowing I can never use them on roll20.

I just wish more of them would make aluminum dice instead of heavier metals. Most of the nice weight; less of the table-destroying doom.

What's up with the layouts of the numbers?

If the & represents the high number, then...

d8 is wrong (& and 1 not opposite)
d10 is wrong (& and 1 not opposite)
d12 is wrong (11 and 2 not opposite).

???
