Next Item: An invisible...something...of unknown shape.
This item is the bait for a trap. It is cursed. Usually it is placed on a table within a room. If somebody casts Detect Magic to scan the room, this item will light up (visual effects similar to Faerie Fire) as magical. The individual who searches it out will become completely absorbed in trying to figure out what it is. Remove Curse or similar magic will allow the individual to stop trying to figure out what this object is, put it back on the table, and leave the room. This object does not have a distinct shape, somewhat like a blob of wax. But it does have hard edges and sides. (Kind of like an empty box with slide-able corners.)

The object's normal use is as bait in a trap. The room has some method to detect that adventurers are in it, and the owner will then deal with the intruders. This could be a peephole in one wall or corner, an Alarm spell on a doorway, a mundane chime / bell that is rung by opening the door, a (hungry?) creature with the Scent ability beyond another door, or anything else appropriate to the villain in question.

P.S. If the previous item had been a bar of AXE-brand soap, the goblin would have liked it ... based on what my nose detects around Axe products.

Next item: A graduation-type tassel

The Tassel of Epilonius and the Cap of Epilonius do nothing by themselves but when re-united they create a hat that confers advantage on History checks relating to the Fu dynasty. The cap itself lies in the Library of the Temple of The Five Winds in the city port of Dang-Ling and is venerated by the temple monks who would quite like to have the tassel to go with it but, being monks, cannot possibly afford to buy it from you. Some kind of exchange of knowledge might be arranged, however.

The Sands of Unreason

This small metal cube has no effect unless used in an area of sandy terrain, such as on a beach or in desert. There, if the user rolls it upon the ground, a sandstorm with roil up. The sandstorm is a 200' per side cube, it's starting edge beginning where the cube comes to rest. at the start of the users turn, it moves in the direction the cube was rolled at a speed of 100' (always remember to roll the cube away, never towards!), and tumbles the cube with it. Whenever it moves, there is a 2 in 6 chance that the cube will be lost in the sandstorm, and require extensive searching to recover. Once the cube is lost, the sandstorm will dissipate at the end of the users next turn. All caught within the sandstorm at the beginning of their turn are blinded and under the effects of a confusion spell.

Next Item: A Copper Chimney Sweep that smells of eggs

These items are usually sold to professional chimney sweeps in boxes of 12 under the 'Clean Sweep' brand. They are normally only available to members of the Guild of Sweeps and Sootmen but occasionally one might find its way onto the black market. If one is thrown into a well-burning fire in the hearth beneath a chimney, it will melt and give off combustible fumes as it fuses into an amorphous lump of copper. The fumes will burn for 5 minutes and clear the chimney of accumulated soot, birds nests, hidden bags of gold, secret love letters addressed to the scullery maids, and so on.
