As I continue my library project, I was looking through this the other day (as those who enjoyed my Accidental Anthropomorphic Animal Hero table will know). So many memories!

Although we never got games going, I so thoroughly enjoyed just making then drawing character after character.
That little book can poop out home comic heroes and villains for comic shorts!

This was my first RPG back in the day. I had no idea how to play it, but the art was so evocative. Something about it hooked me into the idea of gaming, even though I didn't understand it.

Was TMNT a Palladium release?

Yes. It is OOP but lives on in the spiritual successor, After the Bomb.
