[4e][Paragon] Kombat Kraziness (closed)

ok. It is the fourth but still a line needs be drawn somewhere.
So somebody ( rena1g or anybody) posts an action for jack before Monday or he loses his action this turn.

Well, we have Gerold in position to attack from the 'south' side next round, so sending Jack around the top might be good so they can begin flanking. A move to R6 should leave him in a decent spot to come down when needed and leaves him at range 5. Sacred Flame might be a good attack this round, since it'd give someone a save (hopefully).

Plus I don't really want to use up someone's limited powers.

OK. That look a lot longer than I thought it would. But the post is up with a map now.

But the post is up complete with map. You -can- make perception checks to get a closer look at the staff/the Eye when/if you get it/N'haraz back in the light.

Umm, how exactly could we attack the staff? I don't recall seeing any guidelines for sundering attended objects. And disarm is a rather specific power (which none of us have).

A skill challenge, perhaps?
Having all three encounters be straight up beat 'em ups seemed a bit boring.

The DMG specifies that you can use attack rolls for skill challenge as well as actual skill checks.

I don't know if it was clear or not, but once we turned it into 3 linked encounters I basically felt that it there had to be both a rough approximation of plot/story and something like a set of choices (or what passes for choice in your normal dungeon crawl).

The XP budget spend wasn't predicated on you taking out the eye in the first round, btw.

But if you had?
Obviously the fight would be easier.

[sblock=Graf] Does Belkar know how to return to his old reality? Or is this shift only some kind of blurr effect?
How much light a flaming weapon gives?

Just wanted to inform that my previous idea for encounter, Tree-top Hide'n'Seek is scrapped. I simply wasnt able to find the creatures I wanted for this encounter.

So, my new idea is; A fire-themed encounter. Probably level 17. And no items with fire resistance available! :P
