Elf "Running Shot" Feat

I am looking at this feat and wonder if anyone uses it.

I like the idea of an Elven Daggermaster Rogue with 8 speed (with the +1 speed feat) and Far Throw, and this feat.

And he has huge reach for his dagger throws if he uses Deft Strike as well.

But I am wories about offering CS while running.

I assume its only Range classes and missile enemy that get CA if I run, is that right, is that dangerous and would cause me a problem.

Is the +2 speed benefit not really worth offering CA ?

I think there could be some usefulness in using Running Shot with a ranged rogue or archer ranger, especially if you focus on powers that let you move before or after your attack. If you have the Wis for it (which a ranger would, but maybe not a rogue), you could get Uncanny Dodge to negate the +2 bonus to attack rolls enemies would get against for combat advantage, though you would still be susceptible to extra damage and powers that key off combat advantage.

You grant combat advantage to anybody who attacks you until your next turn.
whether that's missile, magic or melee.

The main place I can see it for is an archer ranger.
With boots of speed, the feat with +1 speed and rapid runner (+2 to speed while running iirc) that gives you 7 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 14 squares of movement to get away from people.
Use shot on the run and you can get 24 squares of movement while still attacking. Even with nimble strike you could get 15 squares which will get you away from a lot of things.

Elven Ranger with this feat in open territory is nearly invincible against most monsters. He can simply outrun them and just fire his bow. Sure it will take him a long time, but the monster won't get to him.
