Don't like the Unicorn particularly.

Medusa is better than ones we've had previously, but I prefer them with snake bodies and Large.

Yuan-Ti is probably the worst of the new Yuan-Ti minis we've seen (Malison, Zehir Champ, the starter set one, and the new spellcaster), but is passable, and the two-handed sword is neat.

The snake swarm looks pretty bad, unfortunately - this is a sculpt that shouldn't have been done on a computer.

I dislike the harpy. Many ways to keep a harpy g-rated other than the way they went. Then again, the MM art for the harpy is in the same direction.

I like the Yuan-ti.

Medusa looks OK, though for a rare, I'd of preferred a Large snake bodied Medusa.

Unicorn I'm sorry but it just does nothing for me. I can't shake the feeling the grey colour was chosen "just to be different" If it was jet black with a serrated horn, that would be cool in my book.

Well, I got nothing then - maybe it's just hard to get detail with so many small creatures.

Archfiends hasn't aged nearly as well as you think, even though these preview sculpts are not the best the DDM line has ever had. IMO, they're a step up from recent sets, and definitely, unquestionably better than the first three DDM sets.

snake swarm - I hope it looks good in person 'cause this is the only one I don't have.

Even when the minis were completely random, very few minis went for $25--that was reserved for stuff like dragons and beholders.

Anyway--why are we getting another yuanti abomination? They've already put out two, and one of them was just a couple of sets ago (it was a 4e version).

Wait, what? I read on the internets that the reason DDM sculpt quality fell off a cliff (not that I agree it did) was that they do everything with CAD now.
